St. Petersburg / Clearwater Film Commission
The St. Pete/Clearwater Film Commission serves Pinellas County, Florida, supporting and working to bring television commercials, shows, feature films, and digital media projects to the destination. Film St. Pete/Clearwater (Film SPC) supports local, signature film festivals, fosters industry development with a robust incentive program, free workshops, and maintains an online production guide and location database.
The film commission participates in direct marketing and trade missions at major film markets, festivals, and tradeshows in North America and internationally like Sundance, Cannes, Toronto and more. FilmSPC also has a local film development program. Film, television, digital media, music videos and more are eligible for funding incentives via the business development program. The goal of the program is to provide exclusive destination exposure for St. Pete/Clearwater as an area with a growing reputation for filmmaking and television programming, great locations, and excellent crew and equipment resources.

Caladesi Island
One of the few pristine barrier islands along Florida's Gulf Coast, this beach ? once named the No. 1 Beach in the U.S. ? is accessible only by boat. The island features abundant wildlife, a ranger station, boat docks, beach and kayak rentals, mangrove kayak trails, and even a concession stand offering beer and wine.


St. Pete Beach
On the Gulf of Mexico, St. Pete Beach has world-renowned resorts, mom-and-pop motels and quaint B&Bs. A variety of restaurants caters to everyone from barefoot beachgoers to fine dining connoisseurs. Resorts and vendors offer many activities, and the city hosts art strolls, gallery openings and beach pops concerts.
